冷涼な気候で育ったメルローは、軽やかでフレッシュな味わいが特徴。温暖な地域のメルローにはない、ほどよい酸味と繊細な果実の風味が広がります。今回は、メルローをご紹介します。 冷涼地域ならではの魅力 冷涼な気候で育まれたこのメルローは、温暖な地域のものとは異なり、フレッシュで繊細な味わいが魅力。繊細な赤系果実の風味が広がり、心地よい酸味と軽やかな口当たりをお楽しみいただけます。   味わいの特徴 ●香り：フレッシュな赤果実（ラズベリー、カシス）、スパイシーな香り、ハーブのニュアンス●味わい：果実味が穏やかで酸味が程よく、しっかりとしたタンニンと滑らかな口当たり●飲み口：柔らかく、丸みを帯びた優しい味わい   こんなシーンがおすすめ 軽めの料理やチーズ、サラダなどとともに楽しむのに最適。特にグリルした魚や鶏肉、またはトマトベースのパスタなどと一緒にお楽しみいただけます。また、リラックスした夕食時や友人とのカジュアルな集まりにもぴったりです。
