A very elegant white wine with hints of apple, hazelnut and vanilla, this wine from the winery's oldest Chardonnay vineyard, planted in 1981, was fermented slowly and warmly in stainless steel and then aged in new French oak for nine months to The palate is smooth, rich, and full-bodied.
