An off-dry taste reminiscent of pear and grapefruit skin. Soft, slightly effervescent, with a fresh acidity and a slight bitterness that is refreshing. This wine combines the best of sparkling and white wine. When chilled, the color of the label darkens, making it easy to tell when the wine is ready to drink. Winner of the Sakura Award 2024 Gold Award.
