This sparkling wine is hand-picked from the oldest and best Chardonnay grapes in the winery. The best juice was separated, partially fermented in barrels, and then aged on the lees for 54 months. Enjoy the delicate lemon and freshly baked bread aromas.
Cuvee Catherine was named after Henry's widow, Catherine.
