The No. 1 rose sparkling wine in Canada. After secondary fermentation in the bottle, the sparkling wine is aged in barrels for up to 24 months, and has very elegant and delicate bubbles. It has a subtle sweetness with a refreshing acidity. The moment you put it in your mouth, the berry aroma spreads softly. "Cuvée Catherine" is named after Henry's widow, Catherine. You can also add your favorite fruits to make sangria. Winner of the Sakura Award 2024 Silver.
