The appropriate temperature, including the aroma, is around 3 to 8 degrees Celsius. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours , then enjoy in small amounts in small glasses.

 

How to remove a cork

Without removing the wax from the cork , insert the corkscrew into the center and turn the handle clockwise. The cork will slowly come up, so keep turning it to remove the cork .

 

Can be stored for 7 days after opening

Icewine has a high sugar content, so it will last a long time even after it has been opened. If you have any left over, put the cork back in and store it upright in the refrigerator. It will stay good for about 7 days .

 

Shelf life of unopened ice wine

It is best to store it in a cool, dark place with as little temperature fluctuation as possible (such as under a sink).
